AUTAVION is an automation agency based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to AUTAVION. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.أوتافيون وكالة لأتمتة الأعمال، مقرها الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تشير كلمات «نحن» و«لنا» في هذه السياسة إلى أوتافيون. ونحن جهة التحكم في البيانات الشخصية التي تُجمع عبر هذا الموقع.

2. What we collect٢. ما الذي نجمعه

We only collect what we need to respond to you and to run our business:نجمع فقط ما نحتاجه للرد عليك ولتشغيل أعمالنا:

• Information you give us. Your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, sector, and whatever you write in the enquiry form or send us by message.معلومات تزوّدنا بها. اسمك، والشركة، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال أو واتساب، والقطاع، وما تكتبه في نموذج الطلب أو ترسله إلينا برسالة.
• Technical information. Standard server and analytics data such as approximate location, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed.معلومات تقنية. بيانات خوادم وتحليلات معتادة مثل الموقع التقريبي، ونوع المتصفح والجهاز، والصفحة المُحيلة، والصفحات التي تصفحتها.
• Booking information. If you book a call, the calendar provider records the time you selected and the details you enter.معلومات الحجز. إذا حجزت مكالمة، يسجّل مزوّد التقويم الوقت الذي اخترته والبيانات التي تدخلها.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, national ID numbers, payment card details, health data, or other sensitive personal data through this website.لا نطلب — ولا ينبغي أن ترسل إلينا عبر هذا الموقع — أرقام الهوية الوطنية أو بيانات البطاقات البنكية أو البيانات الصحية أو غيرها من البيانات الشخصية الحساسة.

3. Why we use it٣. لماذا نستخدمها

We use personal data to reply to your enquiry, prepare and deliver proposals, provide and support the systems we build for you, meet our legal and accounting obligations, keep the website secure, and understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train third-party AI models.نستخدم البيانات الشخصية للرد على استفسارك، وإعداد العروض وتسليمها، وتشغيل ودعم الأنظمة التي نبنيها لك، والوفاء بالتزاماتنا النظامية والمحاسبية، والحفاظ على أمن الموقع، وفهم الصفحات المفيدة لتحسينها. ولا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نستخدم بياناتك لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي تابعة لأطراف أخرى.

4. Legal basis٤. الأساس النظامي

We process personal data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or message us, on the basis of contract when we are delivering an engagement you have agreed to, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running, securing, and improving our business — always within the limits the PDPL sets.نعالج البيانات الشخصية بناءً على موافقتك عند إرسال نموذج أو رسالة، وبناءً على العقد عند تنفيذ ارتباط اتفقنا عليه، وبناءً على مصلحتنا المشروعة في تشغيل أعمالنا وتأمينها وتحسينها — وذلك دائماً ضمن الحدود التي يضعها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.

5. Who we share it with٥. مع من نشاركها

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — website hosting, our CRM and booking platform, email delivery, and analytics — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service for us. These providers are bound by contract to protect the data and to use it for no other purpose. We also disclose data where a competent authority lawfully requires it.نشارك البيانات الشخصية فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات يساعدوننا في التشغيل — استضافة الموقع، ومنصة إدارة العلاقات والحجوزات، وإرسال البريد، والتحليلات — وبالقدر اللازم لأداء تلك الخدمة فقط. ويلتزم هؤلاء المزوّدون تعاقدياً بحماية البيانات وعدم استخدامها لأي غرض آخر. كما نفصح عن البيانات عند طلب جهة مختصة ذلك نظاماً.

6. Transfers outside the Kingdom٦. النقل خارج المملكة

Some of the providers we rely on process data outside Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, we transfer data only in the cases the PDPL permits and take reasonable steps to ensure the level of protection is not reduced. Tell us if you require your data to remain inside the Kingdom and we will discuss what that means for the engagement.بعض المزوّدين الذين نعتمد عليهم يعالجون البيانات خارج المملكة. وفي هذه الحالات ننقل البيانات فقط ضمن الحالات التي يجيزها النظام، ونتخذ خطوات معقولة لضمان عدم انخفاض مستوى الحماية. وإن كنت تشترط بقاء بياناتك داخل المملكة فأخبرنا لنناقش أثر ذلك على الارتباط.

7. How long we keep it٧. مدة الاحتفاظ

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client records for as long as our contractual and statutory obligations require. When data is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete or anonymise it.نحتفظ ببيانات الاستفسارات للمدة اللازمة للمتابعة ولفترة معقولة بعدها، وبسجلات العملاء طوال المدة التي تقتضيها التزاماتنا التعاقدية والنظامية. وعندما تنتفي الحاجة إليها لأي من هذه الأغراض، نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.

8. Your rights٨. حقوقك

Under the PDPL you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to request a copy in a readable format, to have inaccurate data corrected, and to request deletion where the law allows. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، لك الحق في العلم بكيفية استخدام بياناتك، والوصول إليها، وطلب نسخة منها بصيغة مقروءة، وتصحيح البيانات غير الصحيحة، وطلب إتلافها في الحالات التي يجيزها النظام. وإذا كانت المعالجة قائمة على الموافقة، فلك سحبها في أي وقت.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@autavion.com. We will respond within the period the regulations require. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the competent supervisory authority in the Kingdom.لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، راسلنا على hello@autavion.com. وسنرد خلال المدة التي تحددها اللوائح. وإن لم تقتنع بردنا، فلك رفع الأمر إلى الجهة الإشرافية المختصة في المملكة.

9. Cookies and analytics٩. ملفات الارتباط والتحليلات

This website stores one item in your browser's local storage to remember whether you chose English or Arabic. It is not used for tracking and never leaves your device. If we enable a website analytics tool, it will be a privacy-respecting one configured without cross-site advertising identifiers, and this section will name it.يخزّن هذا الموقع عنصراً واحداً في ذاكرة متصفحك لتذكّر اختيارك بين العربية والإنجليزية. ولا يُستخدم للتتبع ولا يغادر جهازك. وإن فعّلنا أداة تحليلات للموقع فستكون أداة تحترم الخصوصية ومهيأة دون معرّفات إعلانية عابرة للمواقع، وسيُذكر اسمها في هذا القسم.

10. Security١٠. الأمن

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices to the systems that hold personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify affected parties and the authority as the regulations require if a breach occurs.نطبّق ضوابط الوصول، والتشفير أثناء النقل، ومبدأ أقل الصلاحيات على الأنظمة التي تحتوي بيانات شخصية. ولا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، لكننا نأخذ هذه الالتزامات على محمل الجد، وسنبلّغ المتأثرين والجهة المختصة وفق ما تقتضيه اللوائح في حال وقوع اختراق.
